COMING SOON! Embassy Suites
In late-2022, St. Joe Hospitality is pleased to add a 255-room Embassy Suites hotel in the Pier Park area of Panama City Beach. The hotel will feature 255 guest suites, a pool, meeting space, a fitness center, an on-site restaurant and an upper-level, gulf-view social, catering and event space. As with Embassy Suites brand, guests will be treated to a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast and a daily evening reception. This location's proximity to the Pier Park lifestyle shopping center, which offers approximately 900,000 square feet of shopping, dining and entertainment, the Russell-Fields Pier and the Gulf of Mexico.
Homewood Suites
St. Joe’s newest hotel property celebrated its grand opening in March 2022, as the doors opened to the 131-room Homewood Suites. The four-story hotel features one and two-bedroom guest suites, each equipped with a full kitchen and refrigerator. Amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center and complimentary hot breakfast served seven days a week. The hotel is adjacent to the $40 million Publix Sports Park (completed in 2019) and a short drive from the area’s world-famous white sand beaches, making it an ideal “play-cation” destination for sports visitors and their families.
COMING SOON! Hotel Indigo
Hotel Indigo is the latest announcement for a stylish and vibrant boutique hotel in Panama City's downtown waterfront district as part of the Panama City Marina property fronting St. Andrews Bay. The 124-rooms will provide a sweeping view of the St. Andrews Bay. In addition to the hotel, St. Joe Hospitality will operate a stand-alone restaurant on the property as well as an event lawn and a public promenade along the waterfront.
