Amanda began with St. Joe Hospitality in 2015 in Housekeeping. Throughout her career with the company, she was promoted to Assistant Housekeeping Manager and then to her current positions as Lodging Manager at WaterSound Inn.
From Sous Chef to Executive Chef
Chef Preetam Pardeshi began with St. Joe as a Sous Chef at WaterColor Inn & Resort. Over the years, he was promoted to Chef de Cuisine and then Executive Sous Chef at FOOW. Chef's continued strong leadership of development of himself and his team, led to his most recent selection at the Executive Chef at our private WaterSound Beach Club in May 2020.
Meet Our Team
We are honored to host hospitality professionals from many countries throughout the year. Through their one-year internship with St. Joe Hospitality, they have the opportunity to take the highly regarded American hospitality service back to their home countries and grow their careers. This also gives our team the opportunity to learn about other cultures and spark the interest for travel.
Travis began with St. Joe Hospitality in 2019 as an Outside Services attendant and as we continued to expand and improve our golf services, was promoted to Lead Outside Services. Last year, he was promoted to Outside Services Manager and now oversees all services at our golf courses. Travis is proof that hard work, memorable member service and passion for the field can pay off with leadership potential.
Our Servers are commited to excellence while taking care of our guests and members visiting any of our restaurants. Whether it is our hotel, stand alone, or club restaurants, each guest is welcomed with a smile and feels like they are the only table. Remembering the little details and recalling again are what makes our servers the best in the business.
Roxanna joined St. Joe Hospitality in 2019 as a Pool Server and Room Service at The Pearl Hotel. Roxanna is one of the best because she always picks up on the guest's personalities and stays ahead of what they need. She always knows when to check back on them for a drink refresh, a snack, or something special.
The way to a person's heart is through the stomach and our culinary team takes pride in making memories for guests through our food. Whether is our delectable Shimp & Grits, fish tacos, or our locally sourced meats, fruits and vegetables, no guest leaves the restaurants without a smile. Our team takes great pride in seeing the reactions from guests as they enjoy the food.
Gabby started with us as a Server at WaterSound Beach Club and worked her way as Lead Server. When Camp WaterColor opened, she transferred as a Bartender to learn a different operation. Recently, Gabby became the Assistant Manager for Camp WaterColor.
Our Spa team of massage therapists and estheticians are the best in the business. Providing a service with the spectacular elements of luxury takes a special passion. Our team has been with us for many years taking care of our guests.
Tommie Harris has been with St. Joe Hospitality since 2007. He is many member's favorites as he has seen many children grow up and celebrated special occasions with the families. Being an associate at the private clubs provides the opportunity to establish relationships with the members.
Joe joined us in 2013 and has been our go-to Facilities technician for many years. Joe is a quiet guy and loves to figure out the problems when they arise. We could not survive without our troubleshooting back of house staff that keep the hotels looking perfect. These teams are an integral part of our guest experience and ensuring the maintenance issue is fixed.
